- Sign into your ExpressVPN account.
- Click over to the “Account Management” section.
- You will then click on the “Manage settings” section which is under the “Subscription” heading.
- Click on the option to “turn off automatic renewal”.
- You will have to confirm that you would like to turn off your automatic renewal.

Step 1 - Sign into your ExpressVPN account
The first thing to do is to login to your ExpressVPN account. You must use the same email and password combination that you used to create the account in the first place.
Step 2 - Go To Your Account Settings
Once you have logged into your ExpressVPN account, you need to go to your account settings which is located in the upper right corner of your screen. You will land on a page that looks like the one below.
You will be required to click the “manage settings” link which is located under the “Subscription” header.
Step 3 - Turn Off Automatic Renewal
This will bring you to your subscription settings page. On the bottom right side of the page there will be a button that says “Turn off automatic renewal”. You need to click that button. Once you have clicked it, you will be asked if you are sure you want to turn off your automatic renewal. You must confirm that you would like to make this change.
